Se Puede Urban Farm LLCRoot, Rise & Restore Wellness
Se Puede is built for people who want practical support, more room to breathe, and real-life ways to practice coping skills without being pushed, judged, or treated like they are failing.
Root, Rise & Restore is less about “fixing yourself” and more about moving at a human pace. It is a gentle structure for noticing what is happening, choosing what helps, and coming back to yourself with more clarity and support.
Michelle brings lived experience, professional training, and sound-healing knowledge to a public wellness program built for anyone who is ready to begin practicing coping skills. Se Puede helps people use positive affirmations, breathing techniques, grounding, and practical mindfulness in the world as it is today. These offerings can complement therapy, medical care, community support, and other resources without replacing them.
Start with what is true right now: your body, stress level, needs, environment, and what feels possible today.
Open Root →Practice one manageable shift: a boundary, grounding tool, affirmation, breath, reflection, or next step.
Open Rise →Return to yourself with more rest, more integration, and more permission to move gently instead of perfectly.
Open Restore →Se Puede starts with what can be offered well today. Each next phase will grow only when the content, partnerships, accessibility, safety, and resources are ready.
Morning classes, guided meditation, affirmations, sound experiences, and accessible educational tools for adults across ages and life stages. The class side is currently on hold while it is being rebuilt with care.
Read class updates →Affordable Root, Rise & Restore workbooks with substantial exercises, printable reflection pages, and deeper psychoeducation.
Explore the workbooks →Corporate wellness, private sound baths, community workshops, retreats, and carefully designed collaborations.
Explore workshop details →Future outdoor, nature-connected, or community-based gatherings may be explored through partnerships. Se Puede does not currently operate a physical farm site.
Read our mission →Michelle D. Elder, MSW, LMHC, created Se Puede for people who are ready to relax, practice usable coping skills, and make room for life beyond constant survival mode.
The work begins with the real questions, protective patterns, hard-earned insight, and ordinary turning points that rarely fit into a quick tip.
Insight becomes more useful when people can practice language, grounding, boundaries, reflection, and restoration in everyday moments.
Free community resources and low-cost offerings let people practice useful skills without forced disclosure or unnecessary barriers.
Every offering is designed around choice: pause, adapt, skip a prompt, keep reflections private, or choose a different source of support.
Michelle’s education and professional experience inform her commitment to clarity, dignity, accessibility, and fact-checking. Se Puede offers public educational wellness experiences rather than clinical services. The voice, framework, lived perspective, review, and final responsibility are Michelle’s; OpenAI Codex provides collaborative drafting, organization, and technical production support.
You do not have to disclose everything, relive everything, or do everything at once. This structure is here to help you orient, choose, and practice at your own pace.
Notice body signals, stress, needs, values, and patterns without demanding instant insight or instant calm.
Explore Root resources →Practice voice, grounding, self-trust, boundaries, reflection, or one brave next action that feels manageable.
Explore Rise practices →Make room for rest, grief, joy, repair, sound, integration, and the slower forms of healing that still matter.
Explore Restore experiences →Our approach is built around dignity, clarity, pacing, and permission. No one has to disclose a personal story, close their eyes, push through discomfort, or participate in every exercise.
Pause, modify, observe, keep your camera off when permitted, or stop. You remain the expert on what feels appropriate for you.
Read participation choices →Offerings explain what will happen, how long it lasts, what it costs, what it is — and what it is not — before you participate.
Read scope and terms →Reflection can remain private. Educational classes are not spaces where participants are expected to process trauma publicly.
Read the privacy approach →We aim for plain language, transcripts for recorded practices, flexible participation, sensory information, and room for feedback.

The vision remains guided wellness classes with believable positive affirmations, breathing techniques, grounding, guided mindfulness, and simple ways to meet the world with greater steadiness.
Online wellness · Currently on pause
The class side is being slowed down on purpose so it can come back cleaner, steadier, and easier to deliver well. When it returns, the experience may include:
Root: arrive and notice. Rise: choose an intention. Restore: close with sound, stillness, or grounding.
For now: public registration and payment are paused while the books, audio support, and website delivery side are brought into better alignment.
When classes return: details will be shared through class updates and direct messages to interested people. It will remain educational wellness—not music therapy, sound therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment—and no particular nervous-system response will be promised.
Read class updatesRoot, Rise & Restore Wellness Resources is a public educational-wellness program of Se Puede Urban Farm LLC. Classes are general guided experiences, not psychotherapy, group therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, processing of personal clinical concerns, or crisis support. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. At this time, the morning-class path is paused while the experience is still under construction.
Experiences can be adapted for workplaces, retreats, community groups, celebrations, and private gatherings. They are educational wellness offerings, not clinical services.
