This begins with people, not pressure.

Se Puede is built for people who want practical support, more room to breathe, and real-life ways to practice coping skills without being pushed, judged, or treated like they are failing.

Root, Rise & Restore is less about “fixing yourself” and more about moving at a human pace. It is a gentle structure for noticing what is happening, choosing what helps, and coming back to yourself with more clarity and support.

Michelle brings lived experience, professional training, and sound-healing knowledge to a public wellness program built for anyone who is ready to begin practicing coping skills. Se Puede helps people use positive affirmations, breathing techniques, grounding, and practical mindfulness in the world as it is today. These offerings can complement therapy, medical care, community support, and other resources without replacing them.

Wellness education scope: Se Puede offers educational wellness resources, guided classes, workshops, sound experiences, reflection tools, and coping-skill practice. This can include grounding, breathing, affirmations, journaling, mindfulness, sensory supports, and general psychoeducation. It does not include psychotherapy, group therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis counseling, emergency response, legal advice, or medical care. If someone needs urgent mental health or safety support in the United States, they can call 988, text 988, use 988 chat, or text HOME to 741741 to reach Crisis Text Line. If there is an immediate emergency, call 911 when it is safe and appropriate.

Why Michelle built Se Puede.

Michelle D. Elder, MSW, LMHC, created Se Puede for people who are ready to relax, practice usable coping skills, and make room for life beyond constant survival mode.

1Lived experience matters

The work begins with the real questions, protective patterns, hard-earned insight, and ordinary turning points that rarely fit into a quick tip.

2Skills belong in real life

Insight becomes more useful when people can practice language, grounding, boundaries, reflection, and restoration in everyday moments.

3Access should be wider

Free community resources and low-cost offerings let people practice useful skills without forced disclosure or unnecessary barriers.

4People keep their agency

Every offering is designed around choice: pause, adapt, skip a prompt, keep reflections private, or choose a different source of support.

Professional background, clear wellness scope

Michelle’s education and professional experience inform her commitment to clarity, dignity, accessibility, and fact-checking. Se Puede offers public educational wellness experiences rather than clinical services. The voice, framework, lived perspective, review, and final responsibility are Michelle’s; OpenAI Codex provides collaborative drafting, organization, and technical production support.

A person-centered path through Root, Rise & Restore.

You do not have to disclose everything, relive everything, or do everything at once. This structure is here to help you orient, choose, and practice at your own pace.

Root in what is real.

Notice body signals, stress, needs, values, and patterns without demanding instant insight or instant calm.

Rise with one workable step.

Practice voice, grounding, self-trust, boundaries, reflection, or one brave next action that feels manageable.

Restore without shame.

Make room for rest, grief, joy, repair, sound, integration, and the slower forms of healing that still matter.

Trauma-informed means you keep your choice.

Our approach is built around dignity, clarity, pacing, and permission. No one has to disclose a personal story, close their eyes, push through discomfort, or participate in every exercise.

Choice, not pressure

Pause, modify, observe, keep your camera off when permitted, or stop. You remain the expert on what feels appropriate for you.

Clear expectations

Offerings explain what will happen, how long it lasts, what it costs, what it is — and what it is not — before you participate.

Read scope and terms →

No forced disclosure

Reflection can remain private. Educational classes are not spaces where participants are expected to process trauma publicly.

Accessible ways to engage

We aim for plain language, transcripts for recorded practices, flexible participation, sensory information, and room for feedback.

How it is designed to help

Educational, trauma-informed, and meant to complement therapy, coaching, community wellness, or personal growth — not replace individualized care.

Guided morning practice for life today.

The morning-class side of Se Puede is currently on hold while it is being rebuilt with more care and less pressure. The vision remains guided wellness classes with believable positive affirmations, breathing techniques, grounding, guided mindfulness, and simple ways to meet the world with greater steadiness.

Online wellness · Currently on pause

What is being rebuilt

The class side is being slowed down on purpose so it can come back cleaner, steadier, and easier to deliver well. When it returns, the experience may include:

  • Guided meditation or grounding
  • A short sound bath or restorative listening practice
  • Morning affirmations and intention setting
  • Breath awareness, gentle visualization, or body noticing
  • A brief journal prompt or gratitude practice

Root: arrive and notice. Rise: choose an intention. Restore: close with sound, stillness, or grounding.

For now: public registration and payment are paused while the books, audio support, and website delivery side are brought into better alignment.

When classes return: details will be shared through class updates and direct messages to interested people. It will remain educational wellness—not music therapy, sound therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment—and no particular nervous-system response will be promised.

Educational wellness—not therapy or group therapy

Root, Rise & Restore Wellness Resources is a public educational-wellness program of Se Puede Urban Farm LLC. Classes are general guided experiences, not psychotherapy, group therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, processing of personal clinical concerns, or crisis support. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. At this time, the morning-class path is paused while the experience is still under construction.

Sound, workshops & restorative experiences.

Experiences can be adapted for workplaces, retreats, community groups, celebrations, and private gatherings. They are educational wellness offerings, not clinical services. Right now Se Puede is fully digital while community partnerships, stakeholder conversations, and space agreements are developed for future in-person offerings. Those partnerships also help keep community-facing wellness experiences lower cost and more accessible.

Current class update

The public morning class is on hold for now while the books, audio support, and guided digital experience are being rebuilt with more care. Partnership ideas and future workshop planning are still welcome through the contact form.

Designed for choice and accessibility

Participants may keep their eyes open, change position, step out, or stop. Written transcripts will accompany recorded practices, and event details will clearly explain sound levels, accessibility, and what to expect.

Clear scope. Gentle care.

Se Puede shares lived experience, educational reflection, and wellness practices. It does not diagnose, treat, or promise an outcome.

Not therapy or healthcare

Books, recordings, workshops, and events are educational wellness offerings. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis services and do not create a therapist-client relationship.

Participation is voluntary

Sound and mindfulness practices can feel uncomfortable for some people. Participants may pause, modify, step out, or stop and should choose what feels personally appropriate.

Research and lived experience

Personal experience is identified as such. Educational claims are reviewed and fact-checked, but readers should consult qualified professionals for advice about their individual circumstances.
